Ordering and delivery
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Every order can be paid in cash when it's delivered, anywhere in Pakistan. There's nothing to pay online.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–5 working days, and often 2–3 working days in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before it's dispatched.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs. 200 per order, and free on orders over Rs. 2,500.
Which cities do you deliver to?
All of Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala and Hyderabad, plus smaller cities and towns.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track your order page with your order number and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp.
Can I return a product?
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, tell us within 3 days and we'll replace it. See our delivery and returns page for details.
Using PureRoots
How often should I oil my hair?
Once or twice a week suits most people. If your scalp gets oily quickly, start with once a week and wash after 1–2 hours.
How long should I leave hair oil on?
At least an hour. Many people leave it overnight and wash in the morning.
Can I use the shampoo every day?
Yes. PureRoots Herbal Shampoo is made to be gentle enough for daily or alternate-day washing.
Is PureRoots suitable for men and children?
Yes, it's family hair care. For children, use a small amount and do a patch test first.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes, with any new hair or skin product. Apply a little behind your ear and wait 24 hours before using it fully.
Will hair oil stop my hair fall?
Regular oiling keeps hair soft so it breaks less, which reduces a lot of everyday hair fall. Heavy, sudden or patchy hair loss has other causes and needs a dermatologist.
