Delivery and returns

Delivery

  • We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, and often 2–3 working days in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
  • Delivery costs Rs. 200 per order, and is free on orders over Rs. 2,500.
  • We call or WhatsApp you to confirm every order before it's dispatched, so please keep your phone on.
  • Delivery can take longer around Eid, public holidays and during bad weather.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. There's nothing to pay online.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, a bottle has leaked, or you received the wrong product, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we can't take back products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Unopened products can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can arrange it.

Refusing a parcel

If you no longer want an order, please tell us before it's dispatched. Refused Cash on Delivery parcels cost us two-way courier charges, and repeated refusals may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
